Hybrid classrooms reflect shifts in the learning environments

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted educators and students on all levels and forced a transition from on-site learning spaces immediately to an online platform. Educators recognized the following: a) what was missing in order to teach online and b) embraced what was working or enhanced the academic experience.

We are now applying lessons learned from what worked and combine those learnings with the previous teaching experience. These blended learning models are being reflected in hybrid classrooms and experiences.

The Classrooms and Class Lab design guidelines explore hybrid classrooms as well as faculty recording studio layouts to support the benefits of hybrid teaching and learning.
